Advance your Master’s studies in China

At SDC, you join an international environment where Danish, Chinese and other international students study side by side on the UCAS Yanqihu Campus.

Semester students join the existing Master’s courses in classes with students from different academic and cultural backgrounds. Classes are relatively small, enabling close interaction with lecturers and fellow students.

Studying at SDC means being part of a joint Danish–Chinese collaboration, where teaching is developed and taught jointly by professors from Danish universities and the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences (UCAS).

Who can apply

Danish and EU/EEA-students who are enrolled in a master’s degree at a Danish university can join as a semester student. Students can be accepted as semester students on the first and/or second semester of all SDC programmes, regardless of the semester they are in at their home university.

Applicants must meet the prerequisite requirements for the courses they wish to take and fulfil the English language requirements.

SDC recommends taking a full semester corresponding to approximately 30 ECTS. It is possible to take fewer courses; however, UCAS requires a minimum stay of three months.

Students may combine courses from different Master’s programmes. For information and guidance about this, please, contact admission@sdc.university.

Students are responsible for meeting progression requirements and arranging SU or other funding through their home university.
