Sino-Danish Food and Health Conference Series 2025
The 2025 edition of the Sino-Danish Food and Health Conference Series will focus on sharing the latest scientific advances emerging from the SDC Food and Health Research Platform, with emphasis on developing safe, accepted, and healthy food solutions for the future.
Since its establishment, the research platform has grown substantially, supporting a wide range of SDC MSc thesis and PhD projects, which have been successfully completed, with new initiatives now underway.
The conference offers a unique opportunity for participants—ranging from those directly involved in the Food and Health Research Platform and Educational Programme to wider stakeholders with interests in Food, Health, and Safety—to gain insight into the newest outcomes of Sino-Danish collaborative research.
This year’s programme is structured around three interconnected themes:
- Food Acceptance and Eating Behaviour
- Plant Health
- Human Health and Safety
Each theme will be introduced by a keynote speaker, followed by presentations of selected SDC MSc and PhD research projects, combining oral and poster sessions.
The programme highlights the breadth and depth of ongoing collaborative research, while offering international MSc and PhD students a platform to deliver their Opening Speeches and engage with peers and experts in the field.
“We look forward to bringing together the SDC Food, Health and Safety researchers and to develop and strengthen the research collaborations even further”
